MANGO AND CREAM CHEESE CRESCENT ROLLS

Soft flaky dough blankets, sweet cream cheese and tropical fresh mango for an irresistible treat for after school or tucked away in a lunch box.

Lovely Mango Smoothie Bowl

In a blender, combine all ingredients except the toppings; puree until smooth and transfer to 2 serving bowls. Top with the toppings and serve immediately.

Coconut Mango Chia Pudding

Mix all ingredients, except mango and coconut milk. Store in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Blend fresh mango with coconut milk to produce smoothie mixture. Layer chia mixture with smoothie mixture into a cup or bowl. Enjoy!

Caribbean Beef Burgers w/mango Salsa

Using 80% lean ground beef: 374 calories; 23 g fat (9 g saturated fat; 10 g monounsaturated fat); 116 mg cholesterol; 517 mg sodium; 8 g carbohydrate; 0.8 g fiber; 33 g protein; 6.8 mg niacin; 0.5 mg vitamin B6; 3.5 mcg vitamin B12; 3.3 mg iron; 27.7 mcg selenium; 8.0 mg zinc

Apricot Chili Marinated Lamb Tacos w/ Mango Jicama Slaw

In a large bowl, whisk together the preserves, canola oil, vinegar, garlic, and Fresno chili. Add the lamb, turning to coat. Cover and marinate, refrigerated, 3 hours. Heat grill to medium high heat.

Almond Crusted Pork with Mango Relish

For the relish, stir together mangos, onion, bell pepper, vinegar, mint and salt and pepper in a medium bowl; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Dairy-Free Mango Scones

Preheat oven to 375ºF. In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Using a pastry cutter or fork, cut solid coconut oil into the flour.

Mango Tart

Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray and place tart shells on sheet. To make the filling: combine the mangos, 1/4 cup sugar, lemon juice and salt in a large bowl; spoon into the tart shells.
